Digital vouchers on Giver are instantly generated and sent via email as an attachment. If your customer or the recipient loses the voucher, it can be re-issued via the app. But most people don’t lose emails and when it comes time to retrieve their voucher, they can easily do a search of their inbox and it will be there.

Option for physical and mailed vouchers —

Giver generates a code for every voucher sold – digital, physical and mailed.

If you choose to sell mailed vouchers, all you need to do is copy the order information onto your physical vouchers and send via snail mail. We’ll keep track of the code and value for you so you don’t need to worry about record keeping.

Once you’ve sent the voucher off, mark the order as completed on your Giver app and the customer will receive a notification that their order has shipped.
